How do I contact your support team?

If you need help, we’re just a click away! There are two easy ways to get in touch with our support team:

1. Click “Contact” in the top right corner of the Help Center

At the top of this page (and every page in our Help Center), you’ll see a “Contact” link in the top-right corner.

Click that, and you’ll be able to send us a message directly.

2. Use the floating help icon (bottom-right corner)

You’ll also see a small chat icon floating in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Click it to open our support widget — from there, you can click “Send a Message” to contact our team.

Once you send your message, we’ll reply via email — usually within 24 hours (but often much quicker!).
