I didn’t receive my login email — what should I do?

If you’ve just purchased the program via JVZoo and haven’t received your login email, don’t worry — it usually arrives within a few minutes.

Here are a few quick steps to check:

1. Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder

Sometimes the email can land in one of those folders, especially if it’s your first time receiving something from Kajabi.

2. Wait 5–10 minutes

While most emails arrive instantly, occasionally there may be a slight delay due to email provider processing times.

3. Make sure you checked the email address used during checkout

Your login details are sent to the email address you used when purchasing through JVZoo.

4. Still nothing?

Then click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. If your account was created, you’ll receive a reset link.
