Interactr Browser Support

Interactr works with all major modern browsers, including:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari

We make every effort to ensure smooth cross-browser performance. However, because browsers update frequently, occasional issues may arise. If you run into any problems, please contact our support team so we can help resolve them.

❌ Unsupported Browsers

The most notable unsupported browser is Internet Explorer (IE).

Internet Explorer has long-standing issues with:

  • Playing encoded videos
  • Running interactive video elements
  • Supporting modern JavaScript frameworks

Since the frameworks we use no longer support IE, it is not possible for us to offer compatibility.

Additionally, Microsoft officially ended support for Internet Explorer in October 2020, making it unsafe to use due to security vulnerabilities.

👉 Recommendation: For the best experience with Interactr, we recommend always using the latest version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
