How do I cancel a subscription?

If you’ve purchased a split payment plan as part of the program and want to cancel, no problem — we’ve made it simple.

Here’s how to cancel your subscription:

1. Contact our support team

Use the “Contact” link at the top right of this Help Center or click the floating help icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

2. Include the following info in your message:

  • Your full name
  • The email address you used to purchase
  • Your JVZoo receipt ID (found in your confirmation email)

Once we receive your request, we’ll process the cancellation and confirm via email. You won’t be charged again moving forward.

Please note:

  • Cancelling a subscription does not trigger an automatic refund or past purchases.
  • If you have any concerns about billing or your experience, please include those in your message and we’ll be happy to help.
